A LITTLE ABOUT ME..

I'm Irish, currently based in Santiago, Chile, and I work online with women across the world. I'm also a new mother, and navigating postpartum has only deepened my understanding of just how much a woman's body goes through, and how little support most of us receive.

As a child, I found peace by disappearing into the kitchen. While my world felt uncertain, cooking gave me something I could control, create, and share. It became my escape and eventually, my calling.

This led me to train as a professional chef, working in kitchens in Ireland and Canada and in food product development in Australia, where I learned that food is not just fuel. It's comfort, connection, culture, and joy. But over time, I found myself questioning not just about how food tastes, but about what it actually does inside our bodies. Why do some women feel energised and balanced, while others feel exhausted and disconnected, no matter how well they eat?

That curiosity took me back to study. I completed my BSc in Nutritional Therapy at the University of Portsmouth, diving into the science of hormones, metabolism, gut health and the intricate relationship between what we eat and how we feel. It was the missing piece I'd been searching for.

"When we control and restrict, we become trapped. Your body already knows what it needs and my job is to help you hear it again."

I work with women at any stage of change, from their 20s through menopause and beyond. Women who are doing it all, holding everything together, and wondering why they feel so far from themselves. Women who have tried everything and still don't have real answers.

My approach isn't about restriction or meal plans. It's about understanding you, your hormones, your metabolism, your body's signals and building a way of eating that genuinely fits your life. As a chef, I know that food has to be enjoyable to be sustainable. Nutrition that doesn't taste good doesn't work.

Nourish the woman you're becoming.
